Delete your BeON Audio account
This page deletes the BeON Audio account that you created by signing in with Google in the app. You do not need the app installed. You must sign in with the same Google account to prove it is yours.
What is deleted
- Your BeON Audio account record (a keyed hash of your Google account identifier; we never store your e-mail, name or picture).
- The links between your account and your devices, including the device count and first/last-seen times.
- Your account's claim to its free trial on your other devices or after reinstalling the app.
- The analytics identifier of your account, the app-open and playing status records of your installations and the listening-time records of your account (only if you allowed optional analytics). Every device of the account is signed out.
What is not deleted
- A minimal, pseudonymous free-trial record for each device (a keyed hash of the device identifier and the trial start/end times). It is kept so the one-time free trial can not simply be restarted on the same device. After deletion it is no longer linked to your Google account.
- Purchase and subscription records that Google Play reported for your account (kept as the record of subscriptions sold through the app). After deletion they keep only a random internal identifier that no longer leads to your account record or Google account identifier.
- The sign-in history of your installations and the log of account events. They are kept without any link to you and without a fixed deletion date.
- Analytics data already sent to Google Analytics.
- Your Google Play subscription. It is managed by Google Play and is not affected. Cancel it in Google Play if you wish.
- Playlists and settings stored on your device. Uninstalling the app removes them.
